Maria Castro
General Director
María, born on Spain’s North Atlantic coast and rooted in the Ruhr region, is a mother of three
bilingual children and a passionate Birkman specialist. As co-founder of linguland.com and Lead5050, she advocates for education and women's empowerment. With "My German Dream," she helps people unlock their potential in Germany while supporting the country in tackling the skilled labor shortag—believing that Germany is the true land of opportunity.
Noelia Compte
Head Language School
Born in Spain, Noelia is the Head of the Language School and Course Coordinator at My German Dream Academy. She holds a degree in German Studies from the University of Barcelona and is a certified TELC examiner. She is dedicated to providing high-quality language education and guiding students toward German fluency through effective and engaging learning experiences.
Tanju Zerrin
Business Director
Born in Germany and graduated in German Language Teaching from Uludağ University in 1996. In 2000, we established the Turkish branch of City of London College, the first in Turkey to offer language courses and professional certifications. Since 2005, we have expanded
into educational consultancy and study abroad programs.
